Privacy Policy

Effective September 27, 2026.

abysswatch.app is run by CW Affiliate Investments, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company in the United States. AbyssWatch™ is its product. In this policy, we and us mean that company. The short version: the site has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the only thing you can send us is a message through the feedback form.

What the site collects

Nothing you type is sent to us except what you put in the feedback form on the home page. We keep no record about you on any server of ours: there is no account, no profile and no login.

The board page lets you type an account size and a risk percentage so it can work out quantities. Those two numbers are saved in your own browser, in its local storage, under the names aw.acct and aw.risk, so they are still there next time. They are never sent anywhere. To remove them, clear the site data for abysswatch.app in your browser settings. Emptying the two boxes on the board also blanks the saved values. In a private or incognito window, browsers normally discard them when the window closes.

Who receives a request when you load a page

Loading any web page means your browser asks servers for files. Every such request carries your IP address and the ordinary details a browser sends, such as its type and your language setting. Loading this site reaches these companies:

We do not receive a copy of what those companies log. Each handles the requests under its own privacy policy.

Links to other sites, such as the Kraken referral link and cwaffiliateinvestments.com, send nothing until you click them. If you follow the Kraken link, Kraken can tell you arrived through our referral, which is how it knows to pay us the fee share described on the home page. What Kraken does after that is covered by its own privacy policy.

The feedback form

The form on the home page asks for a message and, only if you want a reply, an email address. When you press Send, both go to Netlify, which runs the form for us and stores the submission. We read submissions there and use them to answer you and to decide what to build. Netlify may check submissions for spam. Netlify’s own privacy policy applies to that storage.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Our host, Netlify, or your browser may set or keep their own, and those are outside our control.

No sale, no advertising, no analytics

We do not sell or rent information about anyone. The site runs no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. The only third-party files a page loads are the Google Fonts stylesheet and font files described above.

Children

The site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date at the top.
