abysswatch.app is run by CW Affiliate Investments, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company in the United States. AbyssWatch™ is its product. In these terms, we and us mean that company, and you means anyone reading the site. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the site is
A bot watches price levels on Kraken, writes down what it expects before anything happens, and then records what happened. This site publishes that record: the setups being watched, the calls that settled, the levels the bot found on its own, first-day prices of new Kraken listings, and the results of testing the rules against past prices. Losses are published in the same list as wins.
The site is read-only. You can look at it, and you can send us a message through the feedback form on the home page. That is all it does.
No advice and no recommendation
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. The bot places no orders for anyone. Every number on the site, including the quantities the board works out from an account size you type in, is arithmetic on public prices and a published fee schedule. It does not know your circumstances and does not take them into account.
The published record includes losses, and the published backtest says the rule the bot is running now loses money. Trading crypto assets can lose you some or all of what you put in. If you act on anything you read here, the decision and the result are yours.
No accounts, nothing sold
There are no accounts, no logins and no payments on this site, and nothing is for sale here. We do not charge you for anything.
Accuracy
The data is published as the bot recorded it. It may contain errors, gaps or delays, it can be wrong, and parts of the site may be unavailable at times. Past results, live or tested, are not a promise of future results. We may change, correct or stop publishing any part of the site at any time.
The referral link
The Kraken link on the home page is a referral link. If you sign up through it, Kraken pays us a share of your trading fees for 90 days. Your fees are the same either way. It is the only paid relationship on the site. Kraken is a separate company, and your use of Kraken is governed by its own terms, not these.
Acceptable use
- Do not request pages or data at a rate that degrades the service for other people.
- Do not present the record, or any part of it, as your own work or your own results.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The site is provided as it is and as available, with no warranty of any kind, stated or implied, including any warranty that it is accurate, complete, up to date, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on anything on it, including trading losses, lost profits and lost data, whether direct or indirect. Some places do not allow some of these limits; where that is the case, they apply as far as the law there permits.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. Using the site after that date means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
